Sending a photo? Resolution must be set at 300 dots per inch (dpi) -- sized at 4" x 6" -- for a picture to be published in Binghamton University Magazine.
If your picture is at a lower resolution, we can still include it in Class Notes on our website.

We are no longer taking Class Notes for the Summer 2008 issue of Binghamton University Magazine.
The submission deadline is June 30 for inclusion in the Fall 2008 issue of Binghamton University Magazine.

Please understand that your information will be published in the magazine and on our website. Our magazine publishing cycles are quite long and we receive a large number of Class Notes submissions. That means it could take as long as six or seven months to see your information in print. Also, if the Class Notes section for a particular issue fills up sooner than anticipated, we may hold your information for a later issue.

Policies and procedures for accessing
alumni directory information

Graduates of Harpur College/Binghamton University may obtain alumni directory
information (name, address, year of graduation) on another graduate. The requester
must provide his/her name, Social Security number, year of graduation and the
reason why the address is being requested. Upon verification of alumni status,
the address will be released unless the graduate has requested otherwise. Lists
of alumni by occupation or geographic area are only released to alumni leaders
working on approved Alumni Association projects.
