"Our prayers and deepest sympathy to everyone involved in this
attack," wrote Jaron Rubenstein '98 on the website he created, World
Trade Center Attack. The site includes this and other photos Rubenstein
took during the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center towers
from his office at Logicept, Inc., across the river from Manhattan.
Rubenstein is one of many alumni who witnessed and/or have been directly
affected by the events of September 11, 2001. |
Although the full extent of the tragedy
is still unknown, we do know that for many alumni and their loved ones,
the stories are not so happy. Our hearts go out to them.
Past Alumni Association president
Barbara Pickell '69, MBA '87 wrote a compelling and detailed account
of her experience on September 11 in an e-mail to her family and friends.
She has given us permission to reprint it here.
