Hi. Enjoyed the article about Barry Schneider '64, Arizona Superior Court Judge [July/August Alumni Connect ]. However, you are wrong about the number of Harpur College graduates who are judges.

Judge Harold J. Cohen '67, Harpur College, has been a Florida judge since his election in 1976 to Palm Beach County Court and his appointment as a Circuit Court Judge for Florida's 15th Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach County) in 1984. He has been a Florida trial judge for 26 years. His brother, Judge Barry M. Cohen '71, Harpur College, is also a judge -- he is County Court Judge for Palm Beach County, Fla., and has been a County Court judge in Florida for 12 years.

The really interesting part of this story is the fact that two brothers, both Harpur graduates, are both judges in Palm Beach County, Fla.

Judge Harold J. Cohen is best known nationally for his handling of the State of Florida's tobacco litigation case, which resulted in a settlement in the billions of dollars.
