Preps for Homecoming 2008

Although Binghamton University is large and comprehensive, many of your fondest memories come from smaller pieces of our campus, such as residential communities, activities or sports teams. Come back and relive your most special memories at the next Homecoming/Alumni Reunion Weekend, which will take place on campus Oct. 17-19, 2008.

We are currently working on a number of events for what should be the best Homecoming to date. It will include milestone reunions for the Classes of 1958, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1998, 2003 and 2008.

You'll notice we did not include a 40-year reunion in that list. That's because we will have a Trimester Reunion for the classes of 1966-70 during Homecoming 2008. Many graduates from this unique period of the University's history identify by the year they started, as opposed to when they graduated.

We would welcome your help in organizing reunion activities. If you're interested in volunteering, contact Rose Frierman.

All Binghamton University alumni are welcome at Homecoming. The weekend is always more enjoyable when you can see familiar faces, so contact your friends and encourage them to attend.

We encourage you to bookmark the Homecoming website. You'll want to keep checking it over the next few months because the site will have a schedule of activities, list of attendees, streaming video and an easy-to-use registration system.
